Because I used to the local Starbuck's taste, which is very smokey, these are a little too mild to be five star.
This variety pack gives a nice sampling for all tastes. I like the Sumatran best. All three varieties are very good. We had friends over and served the Columbian and they raved over it.
missionaries developed the product and program. I highly recommend it, especially since this coffee is sold to help people and not make profit. I drink the Sumatra at church every Sunday. What I like about it is that it does not taste burned like Starbucks beans taste, but the roast is dark.
Makes my morning cups of coffee taste that much better knowing the big companies didn't make the profit.the little guys with families to support did. Shade grown coffee is more environmentally safe and fair trade organizations try to make sure the coffee workers are getting a living wage for the work they do. I like mild and smooth coffee and the Ethiopian coffee has been great. Haven't gotten to the other bags yet, but my first experience with Pura Vida coffee from Central America was also very good.
Liked all three of the coffees.But the Kilimanjaro was my favorite.Bold, darkly roasted without the bitterness that you so often get from other over roasted coffees.Unlike a previous review.I thought the coffee was fresh and very aromatic.
